Depression is a term that has become part and parcel of every individual in this globe. People used to say it is a mental disorder or a person has psychological issues.
In reality, depression is a psychological thought which is created by ourselves in our mind because of some incident or feeling which is going inside us.
It is not merely based on psychological thinking rather it is also based on our physical and mental well being.
It is a problem which is faced by every individual in due course of their life, which happen because of:
• Expectation
• Emotions
• Failure
• Thought process and so on.
This all reason lead them towards the wrong path like they start consuming tabcoo, cigarette, alcohol, drugs, and so many things.
There are medications available for depression and which have side effects too in your body. Like we are so used to consume pills whenever we feel a little bit of anxiety or stress to calm down ourselves. People become dependent on pills to console their mind this process of consoling or feel relax lasts only for a few hours. We people have created a mentality that we can’t handle the pressure on.
Did you give a thought that there might be a physical or psychological reason behind it because we people see the one fragment of our problem and try to resolve it rather than working on the holistic way to solve the whole problem and vanish their dependents our problem arises?
Depression is based on two reasons:
• Psychological Reason: Where the person starts thinking negatively and it affects the body and problem arising in the mind and they feel a burden or stress always.
• Physical Reason: Sometimes, it happens to be like everything was going normal and suddenly we feel bad and we become sad. It happens with every individual in their life and at a particular time, we used to stay alone or hear sad songs. While hearing sad songs, we start thinking it will console us but it doesn’t happen like that and we become sad for a few days.
When we approach a doctor regarding our mental problem. They will hear us and jot down the problem and work on the fragment and start our medication which makes us relax when we consume pills but the root cause of the problem will not be removed and the doctor can give a suggestion, how to remove the root cause of our problem. But we people have to work and analyze the root of the problem to cut it out of our lives. No one can help you out until you don’t help yourself.
During this pandemic, everyone is facing mental problems because of no work, competition, loneliness, or failure, and so many other reasons. To overcome these problems people find solutions by finishing themselves or choose the wrong path.
The person who suffers depression and if they decide that we need to figure out the way to defect our issues and change our thought process of analyzing things.
If the person has decided and is determined to overcome the problem by themselves and want to move on in life, then you have to become unstoppable and able to cope with every situation in your life.
When we people ate able to create a balance between our mind and soul then everything is possible to conquer in this world.
Depression is part and parcel of our life to make ourselves stoppable so rather than allowing depression to swallow us completely and vanish us, become unstoppable.
