DISTANCE

Distance literally means to keep space between two things. Nowadays, we people keep distance with every useful object and keep unnecessary objects close to us.

Like in today’s scenario people are more close to their gadgets or live in the illusion of social media and even living in the same house we find it difficult to explain our thoughts and emotions to our family members and get influenced easily by watching what is going on in social media platforms.

We should distance ourselves from everything that distracts us from our goal or make us feel bad about ourselves, just recall when we were not known to social media, did we find difficulty in communicating our issues to our close ones or did we feel any kind of stress, restlessness, moreover we compared ourselves with everybody around us.

Social media has pros and cons but it depends on us how we individuals use it. Distance yourself with the things or situations which become hurdles towards our goal or ambition. When we individually start putting distance between our overthinking, self doubt, taking stress on small small things, then we can realise life is easy it is just that we make it complicated by comparing our lives with others.

Overthinking – Self doubt – Stress – Comparison = Distance or sorted life.

INNER VOICE

We individuals use this terminology “Inner Voice” in our day to day life to explain others when they are in any kind of sorrow or pain or confusion or not able to make decisions, we just say listen to your inner voice because our inner voice shows us the correct way.

Regardless, hearing our inner voice, we individuals choose to hear other’s opinions and experiences on the varied situations and whatever they tell we just follow that path without analysing or without asking ourselves what we really want and afterwards there is a feeling of missing out or regretting our decisions because at the time of taking stand for our life or career, we just blindly followed the foot steps of others and didn’t heard what our inner voice or our heart is trying to communicate.

In the whole universe no one knows you better than yourself and we don’t need to go anywhere to find out answers for our circumstances which are going in our mind, every answer of our problem lies inside us.

When we start to follow our inner voice, will realise a sense of peace, confidence, and whatever the situation will be in our life, we will face and learn and enhance ourselves.

GUIDANCE TOWARDS ATTAINING ANYTHING IN OUR LIFE+ PEACE + HAPPINESS = INNER VOICE.

When an aspirant prepares for any competitive exam like UPSC, Judiciary, CAT, CLAT and etc. Why does no one ask the aspirants about their mental health?
If they don’t qualify the exams people around them start questioning their caliber and compare them with others or compare with other aspirants of competitive exams.

COMPARISON

Comparison is a contemporary concept which is feeded inside us by our elders and which we forward to our upcoming generations.

Nowadays, every individual is used to comparing each other with small things and which lead to the creation of feelings of jealousy, anger, frustration, irritation and sometimes people get depressed on the things they can’t oppose or can’t afford to lose.

We human beings are aware about our circumstances and surroundings where we belong but this comparison is related to every single thing which is deep rooted inside us. We people used to forget that everything happening in your life is to teach you the beauty of life but we have created a world of comparison which affects us directly or indirectly in our craft like lack of confidence, self doubt and fear to face the world.

Sometimes comparing yourself with another person who is on the same pedestal and that human being is doing good as compared to you then you start to compare yourself with him/her instead you should learn where you are going wrong and how to help yourself to enhance.

C – Correlation
O – Of
M – Marks
P – Personality
A – Award or
R – Rank obtain
I – In the
S – Society, you are
O – Observed as a magnificent human being and individual will
N – Naturally start approaching towards you to know your success mantra.

We people always forget that, we human beings oppose unique talent inside us. We just need to nurture ourselves in that path. The biggest comparison we can do is with ourselves by analysing our mistakes and overcoming our fear which is coming between our success.

Comparison= [Fear – Excuse] + self analysis which leads to achieving our goals.

COMPARISON

Comparison is a key to a mental problem in every individual’s life. Every individual possesses this habit of comparing each other. For example – when a child is small and they obtain less marks as compare to their friends. So, the parents start comparing their children with his/her friend. This is the story of every child in their home.

Comparison creates frustration inside the person which turns into anger and it also makes people frustrated all the time.

Nowadays, every person compares and complain about things like a child say to their parents, see my friend has a lavish life. Why we don’t have the same lifestyle as my friend or nowadays, siblings compare each other on small things which are the biggest issue because comparison is existing amongst us for a longer duration of time which cause-effect in our mental health like people go in depression and they lose the focus from their life and they used to talk rudely with everyone around them.

If we people express our frustration and anger in front of others. So it will create within us, and if we don’t express so we will harm our mental health and become depressed all the time.

Before comparing others ability and capacity to do things. First, we should compare ourselves to what we are capable of and if someone compares us how we will feel. We should think about it.

Comparison has created a question in the mind of people that – can I do this thing? Or am I capable to fulfil my dreams or not? People start self-doubting their abilities because people around them have filled their mind that you can’t do anything good and you’re good for nothing.

We people forget to hear our inner soul which is our true friend who never compared us and always supported us. Believe in your inner voice because it never lies about you.

Frustration + Anger + Depression = Comparison which kill people’s confidence and they doubt their ability. Stop compare rather than focus on how to enhance yourself for the future.
